- The Shaka Tribe Loyalty Program is free and open to all users with a valid Booking My Surf account.

- By signing up, members agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Booking My Surf Privacy Policy.
- Booking through Booking My Surf is required to earn and maintain Shaka Tribe benefits.
3. Earning and Redeeming Benefits
- Benefits are tiered based on activity and engagement within the platform.
- Members must be logged in during booking to earn rewards.
- Reviews must be genuine and based on personal experience. Spam or promotional content may lead to account suspension.
4. Level Up Criteria
- Criteria to move between levels (e.g. Groom to Cruiser) may include booking milestones, reviews, referrals, and profile completion.
- Criteria are subject to change. We will notify members of any major changes.
5. Referral Program
- Referrals must be new users. No self-referrals allowed.
- Referring members will receive benefits once the referred user completes their first qualifying booking.
6. Perks and Promotions
- Discounts, early access, gifts, or other perks are subject to availability and may be time-limited.
- Some offers may be specific to certain destinations, partners, or surf experiences.
7. Account Status
- Inactive accounts (no bookings or logins within 18 months) may be downgraded or removed from the program.
- Booking My Surf reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member’s access to the program in case of abuse, fraud, or violation of terms.
8. Modifications and Termination
- Booking My Surf may modify or terminate the Shaka Tribe Loyalty Program at any time, with or without notice.
- If terminated, members will retain benefits earned until the date of termination but may not receive future rewards.
9. Legal Stuff
- This program is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia
- Nothing in these terms guarantees availability of any particular benefit.
